Our all-purpose Truss Arch fabric structures are rugged. We use the highest quality steel available — Allied Gatorshield® galvanized steel — to manufacture the most durable frames. With Allied's Flo-Coat® triple-layer process, our frames have unmatched rust and corrosion protection. Fabric covers have a patented weave that is lightweight yet exceptionally strong. Covers are also UVI treated and weather resistant for long-lasting use, and flame retardant material is available. Nova-Shield II™ with ArmorKote™ covers have a 15 year warranty. Our pre-engineered truss arch structures meet all wind and snow load regulations.

Permanent or Temporary

While the high-quality construction of our fabric structures creates a durable, permanent building, the cost-effectiveness of these structures also makes them ideal for use as temporary buildings. They can easily be relocated or taken down whenever your needs change. Unlike wood or metal buildings, our buildings are engineered for versatility, and can easily be added on to if you should require more space.

Highly Versatile

Barns2Go truss buildings are available in Round and Gothic styles with building sizes available from 20' to 200' wide and in any length desired. We can even engineer customized building sizes. Truly buildings of 1,000 uses, our structures currently function as airplane hangars, alpaca housing, riding arenas, garages, driving range shelters, aviaries, butterfly sanctuaries, salt storage, grain and equipment storage, and more.

Minimal Foundation Requirements

Costly concrete foundations are not necessary for our buildings, whether for permanent or temporary use. Save money by installing a building directly on the ground with little to no site preparation. The flexible nature of our covers means that they can safely be erected on somewhat uneven surfaces. Our structures can also be constructed on asphalt or concrete, and you can add height to your building by putting it on a pony wall, shipping containers or concrete blocks. Our Manta Ray Anchoring System for Truss Arch Buildings requires no excavation, meaning that it provides superior holding capacity while being environmentally friendly. Other anchoring options are also available.

Self-Cleaning

Made from either polyethylene fabric or fire resistant vinyl, our covers never need maintenance or cleaning with harsh chemicals. Wash off dust, dirt, and pollutants with water or let the rain clean the exterior of your building for you.

Fewer Pests

There are no hiding places for rodents in a tension fabric structure. The corner-free design, combined with abundant natural lighting, creates an unappealing setting for nesting rodents. With no traditional insulation or wood, there are also fewer insects in these structures.

Manufacturer's warranties on our products vary from item to item. Please see individual item descriptions or contact us for full details on warranties prior to purchase. Due to the weight and nature of our products, we do not accept returns. Any damaged or defective merchandise will be replaced or repaired directly through the manufacturer through the warranty program.

TENSION FABRIC BARNS, SHELTERS AND GARAGES WARRANTIES:

Unless otherwise noted in the product description, standard manufacturer's warranty on all tension fabric buildings other than engineered truss structures - indoor riding arenas or specific large barns (which will be noted in product description - i.e. 12.5 oz covers generally have a 15 yr pro-rated warranty), is one (1) year on fabric and framework, covering manufacturer's defects. Warranties do not cover damage done by livestock, weather related damage or acts of God, or damage done by not following assembly or anchoring instructions.

Please note that this is standard warranty coverage on shelters this size but does not mean that the lifespan of these structures or covers is estimated to be one year. Generally a 9 or 10 oz fabric should have a durability of 10-15 years depending on weather conditions and can be replaced through us at a very reasonable cost if required. Galvanized or powder coated framework, barring damage by animals or machinery, should give 15++ years of life depending on usage.

INDOOR RIDING ARENA/ENGINEERED TRUSS STRUCTURE WARRANTIES:

The Product Warranty for these buildings, provided by the manufacturer, applies to the two major components of the structure:<

Three-Year Warranty For New Frame components

Ten-Year or Fifteen-Year Warranty For New Roof Cover Products (See WARRANTY FOR NEW ROOF COVER PRODUCTS section for details.) If cover contains a roll-up portion, the roll-up portion of the cover is excluded from warranty. All fabric end panels are excluded from warranty.

From the date of original purchase by the end user, all main building frame components, when properly installed, are covered by a three(3) year unconditional warranty for defects in material and workmanship. This warranty shall extend for three (3) years from the date of shipment by Engineering Services. ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE HEREBY DISCLAIMED. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, THE FRAME IS NOT FIRE RATED. ADDITIONALLY, THERE IS NO GUARANTEE OF SNOW-LOAD OR WIND-LOAD UNLESS BUYER HAS RECEIVED STAMPED ENGINEERING DRAWINGS WITH THE STRUCTURE, AND ENGINEERING SERVICES DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE FRAME WILL COMPLY WITH LOCAL OR STATE BUILDING CODES IN BUYER’S LOCATION.

Main fabric

This fabric shall extend for ten (10) years for flame retardant roof cover products, or fifteen (15) years for non-flame retardant roof cover products from the date of shipment by Engineering Services. ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE HEREBY DISCLAIMED. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, THE ROOF COVER IS NOT FIRE RATED, NOR DOES ENGINEERING SERVICES GUARANTEE THAT THE ROOF COVER WILL NOT FADE. ADDITIONALLY, THERE IS NO GUARANTEE OF SNOW-LOAD OR WIND-LOAD UNLESS BUYER HAS RECEIVED STAMPED ENGINEERING DRAWINGS WITH THE STRUCTURE, AND ENGINEERING SERVICES DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE ROOF COVER WILL COMPLY WITH LOCAL OR STATE BUILDING CODES IN BUYER’S LOCATION.

The following are covered by a six(6) month only warranty:

Rope
Webbing
Solid end fabric and fabric door components(including door fabric, cable, cable clamps, door tubing, winches and pulleys).
Warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of warrantable components and does not include component removal or reinstallation or the cost to transport and retrieve warrantable components for repair.

The warranty does not cover component damage due to foundation, wall or pad design; or quality of foundation, wall or pad construction; nor damage caused to the building site or surrounding areas by the construction of the building. End users are advised to obtain qualified engineering advice on the suitability of the soil at the building site. End users are advised that unusual or abnormal soil conditions including but not limited to sandy soils, springs, sinks, underground streams and so forth will affect the foundation requirements. Unless specifically doing so in writing, we do not express an opinion about the suitability of building sites, foundations, walls, pads and the like for the construction of any building.

There is no warranty for buildings that have been disassembled and moved from their original locations. There is no warranty for component loss or damage during transport. The warranty does not cover damage caused by natural and environmental conditions(acts of God); puncture or tear damage to the tarpaulin components caused by penetration of mechanical or other foreign objects; rodent damage; costs associated with the loss of time and/or inconvenience or any other consequential damages; injury; loss of profit, life, contents inside the building; malfunction resulting from misuse; unauthorized alteration or negligence; damage or corrosion resulting from salt, chemicals or other corrosive materials piled against the fabric, steel or other components; or, damage caused by lack of maintenance(such as not periodically re-tightening the main fabric, solid ends or doors or re-tightening the cables).

Warranty on framing components or fabric does NOT Apply if:

The warranty does not apply if any of the following occur: The structure has not been properly anchored to the ground;

The roof cover product is not currently in the possession and control of the original purchaser;

The product has been altered or modified, or has been used for a purpose not approved by Engineering Services;

The damage arises from a failure to maintain the roof cover in accordance with Engineering Service\’s maintenance instructions;

The damage arises from improper installation;

The damage arises from an accident, falling objects, punctures or tears, exposure to harmful chemicals, fumes or other substances, either foreign or natural, or results from “Acts of God,” including but not limited to hail, flooding, ice, snow, or wind.

If the roof cover contains a roll-up portion, the roll-up portion of cover is excluded from warranty.

Buyer\’s Sole and Exclusive Remedy:

In the event that there is a claim of the warranty set forth in Section A, Engineering Services will, at its sole option, repair or replace the frame component or ROOF cover or the affected portion of it.

Time Period for Making Claims:

In the event of a claim of warranty, Buyer must make a claim to Engineering Services immediately.

Securing Warranty Service:

To secure warranty service, the Buyer must:

(1) report the proof of the defect in writing to Engineering Services, as well as the inclusion of supporting pictures, immediately following the claim of warranty;

(2) present satisfactory evidence of the warranty start date. If Engineering Services deems necessary a return of damaged product, the original purchaser must return broken or defective product to Engineering Services postage (or shipping) paid. Any product returned for replacement under this warranty must be clearly marked with a return authorization code supplied by Engineering Services. Any new components, repaired components, or replacement components will be shipped from Engineering Services to the customer within thirty (30) days of receiving the damaged product from the customer. Customer is responsible for all freight charges.

Warranty Card:

Warranty is valid if and only if the provided warranty card is completed in its entirety and returned to address provided on the warranty card. Photos must accompany warranty card. (See reverse side of the warranty card for a description of the required photos.) Warranty card and the required photos must be received within 60 days of purchase. Failure to submit warranty card and the required photos will void the warranty.

Disclaimer of Consequential Damages:

In no event will Engineering Services be liable to Buyer for any indirect, incidental, punitive, special or consequential damages incurred by Buyer as the result of a claim of warranty or Engineering Services\’s actions under this Agreement, even if Engineering Services has been put on notice that Buyer could sustain such damages. Without limiting the foregoing, Engineering Services shall not be liable for personal injury, damage to other property, or loss of use. This disclaimer of damages shall apply even in the event that Buyer\’s sole and exclusive remedy shall fail of its essential purpose, and shall apply regardless of the basis of Buyer\’s claim, be it in contract, warranty, tort, product liability or otherwise. Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Engineering Services be liable to Buyer for more than the cost to repair or replace the roof cover. This limitation of liability shall apply even in the event that Buyer\’s sole and exclusive remedy shall fail of its essential purpose, and shall apply regardless of the basis of Buyer\’s claim, be it in contract, warranty, tort, product liability or otherwise.

State Law May Differ: Note: the state law of the Buyer may not permit the limitation of warranty and disclaimer of damages set forth above, so some of the limitations and exclusions may not apply.
